WSET Courses

  • The New Zealand School of Wines & Spirits

    NZSWS is New Zealand’s leading provider of WSET courses and the only school approved to teach WSET Level 4 Diploma in Wines

  • The New Zealand School of Food and Wine

    The New Zealand School of Food and Wine is the largest provider of WSET qualifications  in New Zealand.

    It offers WSET Level One Award in Wines, WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits.

    The New Zealand School of Food and Wine also offers  NZQA approved qualifications.

    Certificate in New Zealand Wine Micro-credential - The is available online over 4 evenings. The wines are sent to participants to taste along with with Celia Hay at home. 

    Certificate in Professional Wine Knowledge - Level 5 - This qualification provides the winery, retail, hospitality, hotel, and tourism sectors with individuals who are able to apply knowledge of international wine, spirits and alcoholic beverages, and their markets, to work in customer services, sales, or leadership roles. Includes WSET certificates.

    Diploma in Professional Wine Management - Level 6 - This qualification provides winery, hospitality, hotel, and tourism sectors with graduates who are able to apply a comprehensive knowledge of global wine, spirit and alcoholic beverages to enhance the customer service relationships, brand values and digital Marketing, Sales management and destination marketing initiatives for these businesses.
