It's important to stay mentally fit and always useful to have some tools for managing stress in our backpocket.

This online course run by BlueSkyMinds will provide you with techniques to manage stress and pressure which you can draw on instantly in moments of stress, as well as practice regularly to maintain your mental fitness.

This course consists of 4 x 1 hour sessions which will run over four weeks.  You will learn great techniques in all sessions, so it doesn't matter if you can’t attend them all.  Of course the more you attend the better.

Thanks to WorkSafe we have heavily subsidised this course so the fee is just $75+GST.

  • The course is for four sessions. (1 hour each) The more sessions you can attend, the greater benefit.
  • The aim between each session is to apply and reflect on new learnings and skills.
