As we build up to vintage and navigate other challenges, it’s useful to have some tools for managing stress in our backpocket.
This online course run by BlueSkyMinds will provide you with techniques to manage stress and pressure which you can draw on instantly in moments of stress, as well as practice regularly to maintain your mental fitness.

This course consists of 4 x 1 hour sessions which will run over two weeks prior to vintage. You will learn great techniques in all sessions, so not to worry if you can’t attend them all. Of course the more you attend the better.
Thanks to WorkSafe we have heavily subsidized this course so the enrolment fee will be just $75+GST.
