Covid-19 Considerations
Our events have been planned and executed with the current covid regulations and recommendations front of mind. The health and safety of our members and industry is our top priority. For current guidance, please visit the COVID-19 government website here.
Please do not attend if you have any symptoms or if you are required to self-isolate. People are encouraged to test themselves for COVID-19 before the event, but you will not be required to provide proof of a negative test in order to attend.
Privacy Policy and Photography
The general terms and conditions of our events are on our website here. When we run an event, we will collect the personal information we need to administer the event (such as the name, contact details and dietary or accessibility requirements of attendees). Where we take payment for these events we do not collect credit card numbers, as these are managed by the third-party ticketing services we use. We may take and publish photographs or video of event attendees on our website and social media channels.

COVID-19 restrictions
- The Organiser will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation. Changes to the Event may be required in order to accommodate COVID-19 restrictions (eg we may be required to cancel some tickets to reduce guest numbers. The decision to take any such steps will be at the Organiser’s sole discretion. While we will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible of any changes to the Event, the situation may change at short notice. Refunds and exchanges will be administered in accordance with our Event Terms and Conditions.
- Attendees at the Event will be required to follow the directions of the Organiser or Venue staff regarding any measures in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (eg hygiene requirements). Failure to follow these directions will be treated as Misconduct in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and you may be removed from the Event.
