The Constellation Brands Laboratory Section will be part of each competition. Familiarise yourself with and practice as much as you can the some of the key tests including:
- pH.
- Titratable Acidity.
- Brix (or other soluble solids density measurements)
- Temperature.
- Yeast Assimilable Nitrogen (YAN)
- Sulfur Dioxide.
- Alcohol (Ethanol)
- Malic Acid.
- Residual Sugar
- VA
