The masterclass line-up – five wines from Australia and five wines from New Zealand – includes organic and biodynamic wines, minimal intervention and natural wines, and alternative varieties and new wave styles. We also invite you to explore contemporary styles in the free-pour tasting,
which features 60 wines. The flights are Sparkling wine, Rosé, Riesling, Aromatic whites, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Light reds, Pinot Noir, Syrah/Shiraz and Cabernet blends. From Pét-Nat to Uva di Troia, we’ll challenge your perceptions of Australian and New Zealand wine.
