The free-pour tasting will run throughout the day, featuring 50 wines from 21 regions across New Zealand and Australian. The flights are Sparkling, Sauvignon Blanc, aromatic whites, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Shiraz/Syrah, Cabernet and blends, and alternative varieties.
Taste classic styles including Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, Central Otago Pinot Noir and Gimblett Gravels Syrah from New Zealand and Tasmanian sparkling wine, Eden Valley Riesling and Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon from Australia.
This is also an opportunity to discover alternative grape varieties and new wave styles, such as Pét Nat, skin contact wines, minimal intervention wines, Albariño, Vermentino, Gamay, Cabernet Franc, Nebbiolo and more. If you think Australia is all about Shiraz and New Zealand about Sauvignon Blanc, then think again.
