The Dolbel family was one of the pioneers of Hawke's Bay. Dolbel Estate Wines commenced in 2006, following the successful establishment and operation of a 37 ha vineyard, from which some fabulous wines were made by several different companies, from the range of grapes grown.
Now Dolbel Estate Wines is a standalone entity, having been acquired by developer and manager Andy Nurse along with his family, who together with highly acclaimed winemaker Tony Prichard, continue to produce this range of elegant, French style, food orientated, distinctive Hawke’s Bay grown and produced wines.
