Named after New Zealand’s prolific bedrock, Greywacke (pron. Greywacky) is the Marlborough wine label of the Judd family. Working with renowned vineyard sites within the region's central Wairau and Southern Valleys, the Greywacke team use low-intervention winemaking to create wines distinguished by their personality, individuality and elegance.
The Greywacke range is primarily based on sauvignon blanc and pinot noir, the sauvignon blanc being produced in two distinctly different styles. In addition, there are limited releases of chardonnay, pinot gris, riesling and a botrytised pinot gris.
Alongside winemaking, Kevin has a recognised passion for photography and his signature vineyard photographs epitomise the distinctive character of the Greywacke range.
