Lime Rock specializes in Pinot Noir on limestone slopes in CHB. The small 10ha vineyard has spectacular views over the plains to the west and the Ruahine ranges. Other varieties include Gruner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Gris.
