At Prophet's Rock we use traditional methods to make wines that give voice to the vineyards they come from. Located in the Bendigo sub-region of Central Otago, we grow low yielding fruit with exceptional concentration and flavour to showcase the unique identify of our estate vineyards.
Our wines are 100% Estate grown producing two varieties of Pinot Noir & Pinot Gris & one Riesling. Paul Pujol our winemaker is heavily influenced by his time in France - Languedoc, Sancerre, Burgundy & 3 years in Alsace giving a unique flair to our wines.
