Ruby Bay Vineyard, with its spectacular ocean views over Tasman Bay, is situated at the northern end of the South Island of New Zealand. Planted on a gently rolling hillside, its unique micro climate and Moutere clay soils produce grapes which are early to ripen and intense in varietal flavours.
Closely managed in the vineyard, excess grapes are meticulously thinned to ensure maximum ripeness and flavours develop.
Ruby Bay Vineyard crafts single vineyard varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc.
