"Our sole objective is to produce a small amount of truly 'iconic' red wine that is experienced amongst the world's discerning wine drinkers. We have the resources and the commitment to be completely uncompromising throughout the entire process. Unless the year is an outstanding one we simply will not produce wine under our label. Our committment to great quality wines sees them in barrel for at least two years and in bottle for at least 6 months to ensure well seasoned and balanced

Our carefully curated Wine Tasting experience is available on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 11 am to 2 pm, and extended hours on Saturdays from 11 am to 3 pm. The spontaneous visitors can enjoy a complimentary tasting of four of our signature wines, including must-try selections like the Rose, Albarino, and two of our finest reds at the Cellar Door. No advance booking is needed for individuals/groups of up to 4 -however, if the Cellar Door is bustling, a short wait may add to the anticipation.
