Winemaker, Alex Perez combines traditional winemaking techniques with state-of-the art innovation. Handpicked, basket pressed, unfined, and using indigenous and selected yeasts, our exclusive wines are boutique, refined, and a true reflection of the vintage and the terroir. Each wine is lovingly crafted with a focus on elegance, subtlety and our unique expression of premium European wine regions of Northern Rhône, Bordeaux, Alsace and Burgundy.
CELLAR DOOR: Our experienced and knowledgable team offer a range of tasting options of our wine and our onsite craft brews from Alibi Brewing Co. Open Wednesday to Sunday from 11am until 5pm. Reservations Essential. We offer private and group bookings for wine and beer tastings.
