Thyme Hill is a boutique vineyard growing Merlot in the Alexandra Basin. Thyme Hill wines are 100 % grown and made in Central Otago, French winemaker Antony Worch takes care of the merlot grapes once they have been harvested.

Thyme Hills cellar door has outdoor seating on the homestead deck overlooking the vineyard. Wine tasting is offered in a relaxed atmosphere and hosted by the winegrower herself. Bookings are by appointment only.
