The vineyard’s cover crops have been carefully site selected for specific purposes (increasing organic matter and nutrients, provide habitat to beneficial insects, reduce vine vigour).
Vineyard blocks have been modified to increase beneficial and endemic species of plants, wetlands and creeks that are maintained on the property.
After harvest every year, we put sheep in the vineyards to keep mowing to a minimum over the wet period and to increase organic matter of the soils.
